This site is wonderful for a variety of content, from lesson plans to media.  I use it primarily for science instruction, but it also has great ideas for most content areas.  A great supplement tool especially with a SMARTboard as there are many multimedia options.

This website gives great lesson ideas to supplement writing instruction.  It is based around the Six +1 Traits of writing and you can look up lesson ideas based on grade level and specific instructional area.  Although this is not my primary basis for organizing my writing curriculum, I have used lessons from here before and my students really enjoyed it.

I went to a training several years ago where they were featuring different aspects of this website that is continually being modified and updated to help teachers teach genetics in their classrooms.  Although much of it is geared towards high school students, I have used aspects of it in my sixth grade classroom as well.  There are several short unit plans available, as well as some really cool graphics.
